All our products are protected by a lifetime guarantee against factory defects. In case of factory damage or defects, we will be happy to repair or to exchange the purchased goods for the same or any other offered in our store.

The guarantee does not cover defects, breakage, cuts, scratches and other damages caused by improper handling of the purchased item.

Any actions of this nature, such as throws, strokes, the cutting of solid objects, heating of the product or any part thereof, improper care, being in an aggressive/acid environment, heavy pollution, attempting to repair yourself or modifications, and other similar actions take our responsibility off.


It is very important to me that when you buy my knives as a gift for yourself, your friends or your boss that they are received on time, fast and enjoyed. Please keep in mind the lead time for the delivery of the items:

1) I promise to make and send you your item in 1-5 working days.

2) Fast worldwide shipping

3) I package and ship your knife as carefully as possible.

All parcels come with the tracking numbers.


Delivery to the U.S. takes 2-3 weeks.

Delivery to Australia takes 3-4 weeks (sometimes 2 weeks, but I can not promise it)

Delivery to Europe takes 1-2 weeks


PayPal is accepted at my shop MrDagger. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay via PayPal provided you plan to use a credit card.

The order will be canceled if not paid within 3 days


I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if, for some reason, you are not happy please message me within three days of receiving your item so we can resolve the issue promptly. See important return information below:

- Item must be in the same condition in which it was sent

- Return postage paid by buyer

- Must be shipped within 14 days of receipt

- Once item is received, the refund will be issued minus shipping fees I will make every effort to ensure your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.

If, however, you find shipping damage, please email me a photo of the damaged packaging as well as the item you purchased.
